This is a beautiful recipe book with numerous internationally inspired raw food and transitional recipes (about equally divided). The transitional recipes (which are cooked) provide to the budding raw food is a way to transition to the raw/live food diet at their own pace. I also found that many of the cooked recipes can be converted to raw with a little ingenuity.(229 pages paperback)
