Floral Essence Curry is a zesty blend of spices with sweet floral notes. Use in your favorite vegetable curry recipe or add as a seasoning to grains and beans. Believe it or not, adds a incredible flavor when used as a coating for truffles. Soups, meat and fish all go well with this special curry powder.

Contains all organic: Black peppercorn, Coriander seed, Cumin, Curry leaf, Ginger root, Red chili, Turmeric, Yellow mustard seed

Comes in a hefty 4 ounce portion.

Curried Sunflower Pate

2 +1/2 cups prepared sunflower seeds (Soak for 2 hrs, strain, rinse, and allow to sit at room temperature overnight. Rinse again before blending)

1/2 cup each:


  • celery, carrots, onions


  • 2 Tbsp Frank's Finest Curry Spice Blend


  • 1/4 cup olive oil


  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar


  • sea salt to taste


  • Water as needed

    Place sunflower seeds, veggies, and spices into a food processor. Pulse until seeds begin to break down. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. If mixture is too thick, simply use water to achieve desired consistency.

    Use as a spread on crackers or veggies. A fun treat is created by spreading roughly 1/4 of the pate on 1/2 sheets of nori. Then roll up to look like thin cigars. Eat as is or dehydrate at 115 for 12 hours.
