BBQ Spice Blend (Reusable Tin), 3.5oz – Frank’s Finest

Our best seller, the BBQ blend has become a staple in many kitchens since it came onto the scene in 2009. The combination of savory flavors with a touch of smokey spice, the BBQ blend adds depth and flavor to almost any savory dish. Comes in a hefty 4 ounce portion in a reusable tin.

Contains all organic: Paprika, Thyme, Oregano, Onion, Garlic, Chipotle powder, Long pepper, Sassafras (Gumbo File), Bay leaf, and Himalayan crystal salt.

Tomato-Miso Soup

Makes roughly 6-7 cups

2 ripe tomatoes, roughly 2 cups, quartered

1 bell pepper, roughly chopped

2 garlic cloves

1/4 cup onion, shallot, or leeks, roughly chopped

1 stalk celery, chopped

Add the above ingredients into a high speed blender. Pour in 2 cups of warm water and blend on high for 45 seconds.

Add remaining ingredients:

1/2 lemon, juiced, roughly 1 Tbsp

3 heaping Tbsp Miso (preferably South River brand, Chick Pea flavor)

1 tsp fresh rosemary

2 Tbsp Frank’s Finest BBQ Spice Blend

1/2 tsp sea salt

Blend again for 45 seconds, then serve in warm mugs or bowls.
