    What is Caprobiotics Advanced™?

    Caprobiotics Advanced is a therapeutic probiotic blend formulated with seven strains of health enhancing bacteria. The proprietary blend of specific probiotics in Caprobiotics Advanced™ has been cultured in goat milk and formulated to ensure that the helpful microorganisms remain active and viable while on the shelf as well as while passing through the stomach to the intestinal tract.

    Why would I take Caprobiotics Advanced™

    Probiotics are health enhancing bacteria. Our intestinal tract is filled with literally trillions of bacteria, also referred to as “flora”. Most of these little critters are the good guys but some are bad. There is an epic struggle between good and “evil” bacteria and the result of this struggle determines our health, our digestive abilities, and even our weight. Taking a probiotic supplement regularly helps the good guys keep the upper hand. Nearly 80% of our immunity comes from our gut so to borrow a saying “if our gut ain’t happy, ain’t nobody happy!” With that in mind, we use 7 different strains of probiotics in our formula one of which is Bacillus coagulans GBI-30 6086, AKA Ganeden BC30.

    What about bile and stomach acid?

    It is true that both bile and stomach acid destroy bacteria. In fact, our bodies have been designed to protect against ingested pathogenic (harmful) bacteria via an acidic stomach. The downside to this immune system feature is the acid in turn also kill good bacteria. The reader should understand though that probiotic strains are not created equal. Some are hearty and can withstand higher temperatures and acidic conditions others cannot. We only use the toughest of bacterial strains to ensure the highest “delivery rate” i.e. the rate that actually make it in tact to the intestinal tract. For example, bacillus coagulans GBI-30 6086 has a 98% delivery rate. Therefore for every 100 bacteria cells ingested, 98 are delivered alive to the gut. We also use higher than average numbers of probiotics (safety in numbers) so that the majority will survive and deliver the many health benefits discussed.

    How should I store my probiotics?

    Caprobiotics Advanced™ is shelf stable and does not require refrigeration. However, probiotics always live longer and have a higher potency if they are kept cold. We keep each bottle of Caprobiotics Advanced™ in cold storage until it is requested by a customer. Until the point that it leaves our facility, it has been in round the clock cold storage. We also include an “overage” of probiotics of around 2.5 billion per capsule to ensure that even if some inevitable die off occurs, the 15 billion cfu/serving we promised will be delivered. The bacterial strains used in Caprobiotics Advanced™ are incredibly hardy and will stand up to the worst of storage conditions. The above precautions are only for maximizing the potency of the probiotics and getting the most for your money.

    Caprobiotics Advanced™ and Goat Milk

    Caprobiotics Advanced has been cultured in an all natural goat milk medium. This natural environment is pH friendly and allows for healthy probiotic cell growth. This medium ultimately produces a probiotic supplement that has a stable shelf life and superior intestinal viability.
