The base of these recipes are from a variety of plant-based sources, including cashews, almonds, hazelnut, and coconut. I include no recipes including soy, as I found soy did not create a rich enough texture or flavor. The book includes over 35 raw recipes, including sauces. There are also plenty of tips, such as how to make fresh coconut milk and how to get the ideal chocolate chip size.

Note: These recipes are all vegan! No animal products are used for ingredients, yet the end results are delicious, creamy desserts.
