Directions: For the best therapeutic results for Detoxifying~Re-mineralizing~Revitalizing, use 2-3 times in 1 week, once a month. For a refreshing bath, soak for 20 minutes in luke warm water (hot water will accelerate the detoxifying results and you may feel "drained"). Rinse. Drink plenty of water before and after bath!
