Frank's Finest Mexican Blend explores the flavors South of the Border and will add culinary delight to all your favorite Mexican dishes. The addition of epazote adds a traditional element and flavor that is often used in Mexican fare. If you are a fan of cumin, this blend will soon become a staple in pantry. Enjoy in pate's, your favorite taco recipe or sprinkle on a salad.

Fiesta Avocado Salad

  • 1 large ripe avocado, cut into large chunks
  • 1 Medium sized carrot, grated
  • 1/2 Red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 Green onion, chopped
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 Cup cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Frank's Finest Mexican Spice Blend
  • 1/2 lime, juiced

    Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir to incorporate. Serve over fresh salad greens or as a condiment to crackers or sliced veg.
