This is a great product. It has had significant benefit to myself, and some of my friends and family. First, it benefited my digestion, and more recently, helped me to actually detoxify from chemicals i was exposed to. I never take the full dose listed on the bottles. I find that a small amount is ample to get the benefits. As maintenance, i only take about 1-4grams like 3 times a week. OF course, everyone has different needs. But i would highly recommend this product. Even if you think you get enough minerals. For me, it provides something that i was not getting from all the greens i would blender and drink. So, thats my story, and i am sticking to it
