I wasn't too sure how to use this salt so I experimented to create the best salad ever! The recipe: one chopped tomato,one diced avocado,two stalks diced celery,3-6 chopped green onions,cilantro(to desired amount) and one-half to one teaspoon black salt. Toss. And ENJOY! The combination is truly amazing. A WINNER! It is my favorite salt. I don't have many health issues at age 52 but ventured out with this salt. At first I thought I'd made a mistake in ordering it due to the cooked egg yoke smell and waited an entire year before adding black salt to foods.
