This product exceeded my expectations by far. I was actually amazed and excited, because I am lactose intolerant and I did not have even the slightest negative reaction to this product. I know this may sound like I am exaggerating, but I could actually feel the difference this product was having on my body within less than a day. This product is now on my list of "must have" nutritional super foods. A truly amazing product.
