This stuff is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. I'm so much more alert and energetic since I started taking it. It has been about 2 1/2 weeks and they say it can take up to a month to feel the full effects of this. I take 1 teaspoon per day. I can't even believe how great I feel already. It takes a few weeks to get used to the taste. It definitely tastes "alive" as Matt says, but it's shocking when you first taste it. I'm beginning to like the taste and regardless of how it tastes, I would take it no matter what because I've never tried anything that gives me this much energy. This is also a very reasonable price. If price is holding you back think about this... When you are feeling at your absolute best, you can probably go out and double your income. This royal jelly will get you feeling at your best.
