I love this item. It is wonderful in recipes instead of using Agave or honey. I will tell you it is thick and taste yummy. I have to say the thickness is like syrup and it taste like this syrup I used to eat called Alaga syrup in the stores here in some southern states.
You don't have to use a lot of this nectar for your of recipes.
