Originally, I found this at my local Whole Foods. I'm one of those soy sensitive people, and thought that I'd never be able to have soy sauce type products or flavors again. This stuff is THE BOMB. A bit less salty than soy sauce with a hint of sweetness, and none of the bitterness. Wheat free, soy free... and raw? How could you go wrong?
