If you strongly dislike the taste of Maca, I would not recommend this for you. However, I am not TOO keen on the flavor of maca powder, but this bar was great in satisfying my sweet tooth and balancing my hormones when it was 'that time of the month.' Plus the texture is velvety. Highly recommend all women keeping some stashed in the cupboard :)
