I've been using this for about 6 months now and went for my first dental appointment in 2 years. I haven't been going because the cleanings hurt so much. I got very good reviews from the hygenist on how healthy my gums looked! I must say this was the most pain free cleaning I've ever had. I believe it's because my gums have healed and weren't tender.
