Stone Grinder for Nut Butters & More (110v Domestic) [50]
$529.95

This machine is worth every single penny I spent on it. I was a little worried about spending $500 dollars on this wondorus macine, but after tasting the first batch of almond butter, I was sold. I will say you have to be very careful not to over load it or you'll have more almonds on the floor then in the machine. It is also essential that you grind the almonds very finely in a food processor before putting them in the machine. Matt puts in 24 oz at once, I found this to be to much and jammed the machine. I would recommend putting in 12 oz of ground nuts, let it run for about 30 minutes and then slowly add the rest of the almonds. It also only takes about 3 hours to get a very creamy, dreamy batch of almond butter. I made a large batch of tahini this evening at its amazing, my second batch of almond butter is going as I type right now. Like Matt said, I've tried everything else to make raw almond butter and nothing else worked. This machine will soon be an essential piece of equipment for all serious raw foodist, just like my vitamix and excalibur deyhdrator! Thank you for offering this amazing machine.
