For years now I have been taking 'Quintessential'. This product hasn't been readily available to the general public without the assistance of a health practitioner making the actual purchase... until now.
As many of you know, I am a big fan of Dr. Norman Walker, who was the only Raw Food Pioneer I know of who made it to the 100-year mark.

Additionally, he took a homeopathic zinc product, because zinc is used in practically every process of the body and it isn't the easiest mineral to obtain. Lastly and most importantly, Dr. Norman Walker took in clean ocean seawater minerals on a daily basis. He actually squirted a few drops of these ocean minerals into the distilled water that he drank and he also would sometimes squirt some drops onto his salad. He stated that the ocean contains all of the trace minerals that the human body requires.

In Dr. Norman Walker's books, he describes all of these practices and he actually breaks down all raw foods to outline the nutrients they contain. Before I discovered QuintEssential, I was taking a product called 'OceanGrown's Ocean Solution' on a daily basis, just like Norman Walker did. After about five years of taking OceanGrown's Ocean Solution (sea water), I discovered Original Quintessential. When I did the research on this product and tried it, I was blown away.
