We are pleased to bring you a newer and advanced version of the stone melanger used for cocoa processing and nut butter making. The Spectra 11 model replaces the older Spectra 10 model. The newer model has several changes including a newer ventilated and non-rotating lid, which allows you to view and to open the lid while running. The central connector has been redesigned to be able to lift out the stones easily and the drum made leak proof.

This amazing stone melangeur is the perfect companion to your endeavors. We have made several key enhancements to the traditional domestic stone grinder make this perfect for Chocolate, nut butters, Mexican masa, cosmetics and other food processing.

I am SURE that most of us have tried OVER and OVER again to create our own Nut Butters at home, in every way possible.
