Simply add your favorite beverage 0 hemp, soy or almond mild, waitr a few minutes for the chia to absorb the liquid and you have a great tasting and filling breakfast or midday snack. For variety you can supercharge your breakfast by sprinkling Chia Goodness onto your yogurt, granola, or oatmeal.

It’s easy to make Chia Goodness! No Cooking Required!

1.       Measure 2 tablespoons of Chia Goodness into your bowl.

2.       2. Add 4 tablespoons (1/4 cup) hot or cold water or your choice of milk. Stir well.

3.       WAIT 3-5 minutes, or until it thickens.



Time Varies with temperature and type of liquid used.

Add fresh fruit if desired.
