SCENTED Ceramic Garden Neti Pot
Neti (nasal washing) is an ancient remedy for a variety of sinus and ENT issues. Your nasal passages are cleaned with warm salt water, clearing the area of pollen, dried mucus, and pathogenic organisms. It's safe, easy, all natural, and offers immediate results. After trying it, most people wouldn't use anything else. Why waste money on expensive medications with negative side effects when true relief is as close as your faucet!
Nasal Wash is ideal for:
It seemed to be a common complaint. People loved the results of nasal wash but were turned off by traditional neti pots. Wheter it was due to the hard-to-clean- hollow handles or spouts simply too large for the comfortable use, neti users wanted an alternative. That's why we developed our neti pot. Just look at the differences:
How to Use Nasal Wash
Use a rounded teaspoon (just over 1/2 capful of Aromatic Salt per pot (8oz) of water. If using table salt, use 1/4 teaspoon of non-iodized kosher salt. Add the salt to the neti pot along with 8oz of slightly warm water. Mix until the salt is dissolved.
Standing over a basin, tilt your head gently so that one nostril moves downward toward the sink and the other nostril moves up toward the ceiling, and insert the spout of the neti pot into the upper nostril. Let the saline solution flow into the upper nostril and out through the lower nostril, gently rinsing away pollen and debris and clearing the nasal passages. When the pot is empty, blow out through both nostrils into the sink or in to a tissue. Repeat on the other side.
