Brazil nuts are a good source of selenium, calcium, magnesium, and thiamin. Eat them with oranges or other foods high in vitamin C (like the Goji Berry) to enhance iron absorption. They are high in fat. However, most of it is monounsaturated and polyunsaturated (both of which can help control cholesterol).
