    For most raw recipes, simply add 1-2 tablespoons.

    For almond milk add 1 tablespoon of our Sunflower Lecithin if you want it to yield a new level of creaminess.

    Many chocolate makers use lecithin in their raw chocolates. It makes it so the fats don't collide together, keeping the chocolate and the filling to themselves. It pretty much helps hold the structure together. On top of that, it will give the chocolate a better and smoother feel in your mouth.

    It's the same thing if you add our sunflower lecithin to nut butters. The lecithin will make the nut butter feel smoother in the mouth and help it not separate.
