RAW ALMONDS We soak our almonds in pink Himalayan salt crystals and dehydrate at low temperatures to insure the nutritional integrity and improve the digestibility of the almonds. Soaking also reduces the phytic acid, a substance that reduces your body’s ability to absorb minerals. We source only truly raw, non-irradiated and unpasteurized almonds from Spain.
