Please note that product prices, promotions and product availability are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors, misprints, or late arrival of a newsletter to your email.

Provide Correct Shipping Address

Customer is responsible for providing correct shipping address. Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete! The Raw Food World is not liable for an incorrect delivery address, and we would hate to see a delay on your goodies getting to you :)

Packages ship USPS or FedEx depending on the size, weight and destination. P.O boxes must have P.O. box(#) included in the address. Please indicate in the Notes section if your delivery address has any limitations or special instructions. If this note is missing, and the package is returned to us as undeliverable, customer will be responsible for any and all reshipping fees.

Expedited Shipping:

We also offer Expedited Shipping on most orders. Paying for Expedited Shipping gets your order bumped to the top of our packing list. Your order must be submitted by 11am to go out that day.

We will ship your order as fast as your paid shipping allows. Typical delivery times are as follows: If your order is under 5 lbs, your package will travel Priority Mail USPS (2-3 day delivery). Please note that website shipping prices generally only apply to the 48 states.

If you would like your package to have Overnight or 1-2 day guaranteed shipping service, please phone our customer service team and speak with someone about your order.

*Expedited shipping does NOT apply to Free shipping appliances. If a free shipping appliance is purchased with other items in the same order, the non-appliance items will be expedited, and the appliance will travel with normal ground service. You must phone or email our customer service team for a shipping quote and collection of payment if you would like expedited shipping on your appliance.

International Shipping Rates and Policy

Once you place your order, we will calculate the proper international rate and notify you. Then you can complete your Checkout.


The Raw Food World is not responsible for Lost/Stolen/Mis-routed/Not Received/Customs Captured International packages. If such a misfortune occurs, for our part, we will file claims with the post service on your behalf. If an undelivered package is returned to us, you can choose to: 1. Receive a refund for the items bought (minus the initial shipping fee) or 2. We can collect another shipping payment from you and attempt to reship the items that were returned to us.

We ship First-Class and Priority Mail International. Orders typically arrive to their destination within 6-10 business days, but delivery can take up to three weeks. These packages are NOT insured with the post office. If you would like your package insured, you can email our customer care department and we can make arrangements to send your package Express Mail International. Shipping costs are usually doubled when using the Express method of delivery.

Customs Fees

The Raw Food World is not responsible for duties or fees incurred by Customs, nor can we provide an estimate of the cost of potential duties that may be assessed to a particular package. Recipient of package is responsible for any and all duties or taxes incurred by Customs. All items entering a foreign country are subject to Customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. If duties and taxes are assessed on an item mailed, they are collected from the recipient. In addition, for most countries, there is an administrative fee that is collected from the recipient to cover the costs of clearing the item through Customs and collecting duties and taxes. It is your responsibility to contact your customs department to determine whether any duties/taxes apply. If you refuse to accept delivery and merchandise is returned to us, you will be responsible for the additional return shipping costs and applicable return fees.


All Returns must be authorized by customer service. Unauthorized returns will not receive reimbursement. We also pledge a 48-hour response time (Monday through Friday) on your e-mail requests. Our specially-trained staff of customer service representatives is available via our toll-free number 1-866-729-3438 or by email at [email protected]. Please e-mail or call our customer service within 30 days of the shipment date to receive authorization and return instructions. If you do NOT get a response to your email or phone call within 48 hours, it is safe to assume the correspondence was not received, and you should attempt to contact us again

Non-Appliance Return Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with a *product (exceptions below) you have purchased from us, you may be eligible for a partial refund depending on the circumstances -- less shipping and handling. Only one opened package of any product may possibly be eligible for return depending on the circumstances. All others of the same product must be in a factory sealed container for refund. Customer is responsible for shipping any unwanted product back to us. Please see return protocol below.

*Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Exceptions we will not take back or refund, unless you receive them damaged, are as follows:

* 7 day cleanses
* Enema bags
* Colema Board
* Ejuva Cleanses
* Royal Jelly
* Premium Grade Probiotics
* Melt-able Cacao products
* Items with sticker backings that have already been "stuck" on something such as the House Balancer, Phone Balancer and Waveshield products. If you are not sure you want to keep the product, try it with the backing paper still attached :)

Appliance Return Policy

Our Website provides a great deal of information about the appliances we carry. We will be glad to answer, to the best of our ability, any question you may have regarding your appliance purchase. We also suggest contacting the manufacturer directly to inquire about appliance specifics. However, ultimately the decision as to which appliance you purchase must be yours.

All warranties are between the appliance manufacturer and you, the purchaser. We make no express or implied warranties. The manufacturer is responsible for repairing or correcting any defects during the warranty period. Please review your warranty immediately upon receipt of your appliance. If the appliance is defective or needs repairs during the warranty period please review your warranty and contact the manufacturer to make arrangements for repair or replacement.

If you have NOT used the appliance, and NOT broken the manufacturer's seal on the box, you can return the appliance within 30 days of purchase for a full product refund. The original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges must be prepaid by the purchaser. *Please see return protocol below.

If the appliance you wish to return has been used, you can still return the appliance within 30 days of purchase. The appliance is subject to a $20 restocking/cleaning fee and the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us. If the appliance is found to be defective or damaged in any way, your refund will not be processed and you will have to take care of shipping the product to the manufacturer to be repaired under warranty.

No return can be accepted without our prior authorization. We will refuse unauthorized returns. *Please see return protocol below.

Return Protocol : How To Return a Product

An RMA# MUST be obtained by contacting us BEFORE returning any item to our warehouse or to our dropshipper's warehouse.  Failure to do so may result in the box being returned to you unopened, or delays in processing your refund.
